Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace defective products at our discretion. This warranty is your exclusive remedy for defective products.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for using our products in accordance with the provided instructions and documentation. Failure to follow proper procedures may result in loss of access to your digital assets.

8.2 Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your recovery seed phrase secure and confidential
• Setting up and maintaining appropriate security measures
• Regularly updating firmware when available
• Protecting your device from physical damage or theft
• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency storage

8.3 Backup and Recovery

You must create and securely store backup recovery information. ElecBitX cannot recover lost private keys or access to your digital assets.

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Circumventing sanctions or export controls
• Any activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
